The owner of this car kindly sent me several photos and some history:
  

  

The car was recorded in the USA by the 1959 AMOC register.

In fact, current owner's late father owned it for long and the car had been in storage since 1961. He put six individual pipes and never finished the project.
The car is to be restored with single exhaust configuration.
